Last Mage Standing Supplemental Terms

Effective Date: July 27, 2026.

These terms supplement the Roboto Games Terms of Service (robotogames.com/terms) and apply when you play Last Mage Standing ("the Game") on mobile or web platforms. Where these terms differ from the Terms of Service, these terms control for the Game. By playing the Game, you agree to both documents.

1. THE GAME IS FREE TO PLAY

The Game is free to download and play, and it offers optional purchases as described below.

2. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND GAME CURRENCY

The Game may offer in-game currency and virtual items that you can earn in play or buy with real money. You do not own them: we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Game. Virtual items and game currency have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred, traded, or sold outside the Game. We may change, rebalance, suspend, or remove virtual items and game currency at any time as part of operating the Game.

3. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

Purchases are processed by the platform you play on (the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the web platform) under that platform's payment terms and refund policy. Prices may change. Except where the platform's policy or applicable law requires otherwise, purchases of virtual items and game currency are final and non-refundable. If a purchase is defective or is not delivered, contact support@robotogames.com and we will make it right.

4. APP STORE TERMS

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply to you. These terms are between you and Roboto, not the store. The store is not responsible for the Game or its content and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms as they relate to the Game and may enforce them against you.

5. ADVERTISING AND OFFERS

The Game and the web platforms it appears on may include advertising and promotional offers from us or from third parties.

6. DATA AND MESSAGING CHARGES

You are responsible for any data or messaging charges from your mobile carrier or internet provider.

7. TERMINATION

If your access is terminated for violating the Terms of Service or these terms, any unused virtual items and game currency are forfeited without refund, except where the law requires otherwise.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms as the Game and the law evolve. If we make material changes, we will give prominent advance notice, such as a notice in the Game or on our websites, including the new effective date. If you keep playing the Game after the effective date, the updated terms apply to you. Minor changes take effect when posted.
