Roboto Games Streaming Policy
Effective Date: July 27, 2026. Replaces our policy dated May 4, 2020.
We want you to make things about our games. Videos, streams, clips, guides, reviews, screenshots, thumbnails, fan art: yes to all of it, and you do not need to ask permission first. This policy covers all Roboto Games titles, including Stormforge and its playtests, betas, and demos.
What you can do
Create and share videos, live streams, clips, screenshots, guides, reviews, and fan art using our games and their content, on any platform where viewers can watch without paying for the privilege.
Making money from your content
All of the following are fine:
Ad revenue through platform partner programs (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and similar).
Donations and tips.
Channel subscriptions and memberships, including perks like early access or ad-free versions of your videos, as long as the same or equivalent content about our games remains freely available to everyone.
Sponsorships, as long as the sponsor is clearly identified, you follow your platform's disclosure rules and applicable law, and nothing suggests that we endorse the sponsor.
What is not fine: selling the content itself (for example, charging viewers to watch your videos), selling or redistributing our assets, or using our games or assets inside another game, product, or service.
Our music
You may use the Last Mage Standing and Stormforge soundtracks in streams and videos about our games. If you follow this policy, no entity has our permission to claim or demonetize your content. If someone files a copyright claim against yourLast Mage Standing and Stormforge content and that claim does not come from Roboto Games, dispute it and cite this policy.
Playtests and demos
Our public playtests and demos are fair game. Stream them, post them, spoil them. Content from leaked builds, from datamined unreleased material, or from private tests covered by a confidentiality agreement is not permitted until we release it ourselves.

Please include this in your video description or channel about page: "Stormforge © Roboto Games, Inc. This is unofficial fan content, not endorsed by Roboto Games." or "Last Mage Standing © Roboto Games, Inc. This is unofficial fan content, not endorsed by Roboto Games."
Do not do these
Do not present your content as official or made by us.
Do not promote cheats, hacks, exploits, or piracy.
Do not use our games or assets in content that is hateful, harassing, or illegal.
Do not use our games or assets in connection with NFTs, cryptocurrency tokens, or blockchain products.
Companies may not use our games to advertise unrelated products or brands without our written approval. This does not restrict creator sponsorships that follow the rules above.
Changes and fairness
We may update this policy from time to time, and changes apply going forward. Content that followed the rules when you published it will not be retroactively affected. We can withdraw permission from anyone who abuses this policy or breaks these rules.
